These Tour Operator Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of BookHotels.ng Tours as a registered tour operator. By creating an account and listing tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy.

BookHotels.ng is operated by HOTEL ONLINE RESERVATION. References to "we", "us", or "BookHotels.ng" include our affiliated companies and service providers.

The tour operator program is open to both Registered Tour Operators and Unregistered / Independent Tour Operators.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to register.

You confirm that all information provided during registration (business name, contact details, operating areas, and tour types) is true, accurate, and complete.

After registration you will receive a verification email. Your account must be verified before you can sign in and manage tours.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Operators may create tour packages, set prices, upload images, and attach nearby hotels.

All tours are subject to review and approval before they are published. BookHotels.ng may reject, suspend, or remove any tour that violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform quality standards.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of tour descriptions, itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, meeting points, and pricing.

You set the price for your tours. BookHotels.ng facilitates secure payment collection via Paystack.

Payouts, commissions, and applicable fees are governed by your operator agreement and the booking confirmation sent to guests.

You must not list prices that are misleading, discriminatory, or that circumvent the platform payment flow.

You are responsible for honouring confirmed bookings, including accommodations, transport, permits, and guide services you advertise.

Cancellation and refund conditions you publish for a tour take priority and must comply with applicable consumer-protection laws.

Where a tour cannot proceed (weather, minimum group size, supplier cancellation, or force majeure), you will work with the guest and BookHotels.ng to agree a suitable remedy.

Operators must not publish unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory, or unsafe content, and must comply with all tourism, transport, and child-protection laws in the operating regions they serve.

BookHotels.ng may suspend or terminate operator accounts that breach these Terms or receive repeated valid complaints.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookHotels.ng acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent tour operators, suppliers, or third parties.

Your relationship with guests is direct, and you indemnify BookHotels.ng against claims arising from your tours.

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. As an operator you are a data controller for information you collect about guests and must comply with applicable data-protection laws.
